@ShopifySupport I have tried doing this and clicked the link circled below in the screenshot. It takes me back to the help centre, it doesn't give me an option to reach out.

@ShopifySupport - Hey there, can someone help me out? There's nothing on your Help Centre that's resolving my issue.

@ShopifySupport Like I mentioned, there was nothing here that could assist me. Could you DM me with a contact number or email that can assist me? This is pretty urgent.

@ShopifySupport When attempting to log into my store, I’m met with an input asking for a 10 digit code which claims to have been sent to me email. I’m not receiving the email including in my spam box

@claire_best1 They’ve moved 3000 unclaimed bags there for storage. Hope you get it!

My bag has finally made it from DXB > CGD > DUB. I’ve been tracking my AirTag, it’s moved around Dublin airport the past few days. Here’s where it was last seen. Does anyone know if this is the warehouse location in which they’re storing the luggage? #dublinairport #lostluggage

@claire_best1 53.423965, -6.236994 On the map it’s the old Air Lingus catering building and north of the Swissport Cargo services. Good luck!

@claire_best1 Yes I’ve got the co-ordinates… luckily my bag got couriered from there to my house two days after.

@ElevenThirty @healthdpt Hey Paul, exact same for me. I do have a card but it’s not accepted as official proof here unfortunately. I can’t find a way to request the PDF anywhere so I’ve filled out the only contact form I could find. Wish me luck! 🥴

@ppppaige_ Awesome… ‘working on it’ 🤬 I guess I’ll have to pretend I’m hopping onto a flight again to get the QR code. Cheers Paige!

@ppppaige_ I did yes. I didn’t find an option for my booster to be added even when I renewed it. I’ll try again since it’s been over a month, maybe it’s appeared by now 🙄 Thanks

@Etisalat_Care I have been in contact with IT, customer service & management for the last 5 days regarding my service interruption. I have been in store for 2 hours and still couldn’t resolve this. I haven’t been able to make a call or use data for 6 days now. Can you help me?

@Etisalat_Care I’ve been told that for the past 6 days now, each time being promised it’ll be resolved by the end of the day. Can you tell me why no one has fixed this yet? I’m paying for a service I cannot use.

@Etisalat_Care Hi again, so I received a call yesterday being told this would be fixed by the end of the day yesterday. I am still having the problem today. When are you going to fix this and stop lying to me?
