Drew my 6.5 year old… calls her youngest brother “her baby”, thinks her godmothers are her best friends, and wants to watch shows like The Circle, Big Brother, and Dance Moms. 🫠 FYI: I do not encourage any of this and try to sway her differently. She’s just an old soul.

I made lamb chops, shrimp, chicken wings, corn, baked beans, and asparagus for my family’s Labor Day function yesterday. They enjoyed it and I feel accomplished lol.

Can’t get over the fact that I arrived to the hospital at 4 pm and Beau was born at 4:59 p.m. I knew I was playing with fire on the car ride there though. I wanted to labor at home and I did exactly that (not on purpose though).

The first time I actually arrive before my scheduled appointment time for my OBGYN appointment… they’re closed for lunch 🙃. So I was standing in the hallway. 38 weeks pregnant 🫠.
