This is the right framing. Confidentiality shouldn't mean opacity. Institutions need privacy they can still prove. It's why we built the settlement layer this way: bonded escrow, FHE-gated state for sensitive flows, and selective disclosure when the law requires it. Configurable confidentiality, enforceable onchain. Glad to see @arbitrum pushing the programmable economy here.

Reputation tells you an agent will probably do the job. It does not protect you when the job was mission-critical and the agent failed anyway.
