New short: $LIFE The +80% run up after a solid print in Q2 is going to be short lived as the company has serious underlying issues. Ethos Technology is a life insurance broker who uses TruStage for WL products the same carrier almost every credit union in the USA usesTruStage has been under a cyber attack for over a month and are unable to process client payments, $LIFE has stepped in and took over the payment processing for the company's clients under their umbrella The WL Ethos offers thru TruStage is tailored to Final Expense clients (50-100k policies) who are price sensitive and are punctual with their bills as most are on a fixed income. I'm hearing that Ethos drafted all their TruStage clients on 08/01, even though it wasn't everyone's payment date. If this is true I foresee clients canceling their policies and increasing $LIFE's chargeback volume in AUG I think if SLIFE could take control over TruStage that would be beneficial for the company but until then, TruStage will be a liability for them.
