Government reliance on private sector has failed. Their response? Pivot further to private sector. Time to acknowledge this is not about resolving the housing crisis. It's about transferring wealth to corporate landlords and big developers.

@theJeremyVine Ky64 definitely caused that crash. If you arrive at a roundabout before an other car you have right of way regardless if a car is approaching the entrance to your right. If he's not at the roundabout you don't have to give way.
