@virginmedia disappointed. Ordered a second remote for the 360 TV box but have since found out you can only pair 1? Yet when I spoke to someone at Virgin to request a 2nd remote, they didn’t flag this and let me pay for a 2nd, now redundant, remote! Not happy.

@VFSGlobal why is it so hard to find a a slot for an appointment with your VFS centre in London for a Portuguese work visa??? Every time I check it says none are available. Embassy directs me to you, your help centre are unhelpful! How do you get an appointment?

@vfsglobalcare Applied for an Indian visa 2 weeks ago, heard nothing. Tried to track today eventually found out my application is on hold and has been for 2 weeks (day after submitting). I submitted all docs and was told it was ok on day. Have tried calling but phone rings off.

@sainsburys hi there. My bottled water was substituted for a ridiculous 6 x 6 1.5L bottles of water, and I have been charged £19.50, I only ordered 1 x 6 1.5L. Asked delivery driver to return but have only been reimbursed for 1 x 6 1.5L bottles (£3.50). Can you help please?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Thanks but I’ve done all that and it says no issue with connection, no known issues in area yet the LOS light remains red. I spoke to openreach and they directed me to you. Not ideal for home working! It’s dropped connectivity AGAIN.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there. My connection keeps dropping daily, takes ages to reconnect. I’ve tried everything and rebooted but it continually drops out for around 30-40 mins at a time, LOS is red, orange lights on router then it kicks back in?! Can you shed any light? TIA.

@OpenreachHelp hi there. The LOS light is continually going red on my openreach box, which then knocks my Sky internet off. Can you help? It’s been happening daily now. TIA.
