Your opening should deliver on your title’s promise The moment someone presses play, they should feel like they made the right decision If your title promises a specific topic, get straight into it Match the expectations you’ve set
Stop trying to appeal to everyone If your podcast is for “anyone interested in business,” it’s for no one • Pick an underdog niche • Find the gaps others avoid • Dominate that specific corner Clear positioning always wins
