Hi @spotifyindia, I’m trying to take the 3 months premium plan which shows at Rs 59 for 3 months but when it goes to the payment, it is showing 119. Is that a mistake?

My relative had the most frustrating experience with @remitly chat support. Their staff was rude and some not trained. She asked one thing thrice for them to understand. Got transferred to 3 teams. they also gave her a warning presuming she will be making accounts illegally.

I use it too, app experience seems great however their commission is way higher than @WesternUnion. @remitly also asks for sensitive financial information like your bank statements etc. as proof she said. People using remit apps, suggest some good ones. Writing off Remitly.

T 3590 -I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !
