My AC1 has dropped from 13 to 7.4 (last measured in June) and I feel stronger and have more energy. My goal is to get around 15% bodyfat and weigh around 160 lbs but will adjust as I get there

So far I'm down 40 lbs from March and started lifting weights 3 times a week and am preparing for a 5k at the end of October. I'm finding running is still pretty hard but found a Couch to 5k program in the @runna that has been helpful (though I just finished week 1)

The only reason DSP hates Nintendo is because they had a Nintendo Partner program that you had to sign up for to post content about 10 years ago. DSP has never met a slight he hasn't thought about for a decade. He still hates his audience from 2013 for not liking Chrono Trigger
