SC ST are prisoners of caste certificates. They will paste caste certificate on there forehead but blame general category for being casteist.

Even before Indra Sawhney, SC in case of Balaji Vs. State of Mysore [AIR 1962 SC 647 (664)] held that special provisions made under Art.15(4), reservation made under Art. 16(4) beyond permissible & legitimate limits would be liable to be challenged as a fraud on the Constitution. Converted Buddhists challenged exclusion from SC category but it was rejected by the constitutional Bench of Supreme Court holding that it would be an act of aggression against non-proselytising Hindu religion contrary to Art. 25. Inclusion of converted Buddhists in SC category by Govt. in 1990 is invalid. [Punjabrao Vs. Meshram AIR 1965 SC 1179; Ramalingam Vs. Abraham [(1969) 1 (SCC) 24]; Soosai Vs. India [AIR 1986 SC 733 (Para 8) refer]

Assuming without admitting that historically there was injustice, even then the posterities can't be punished. Article 33 of 4th Geneva Convention mandates that there will be no punishment for offences/crimes not personally Committed & reject ancestral/group based liability. So, Post-1947 India, Muslims are not punished for the real crimes (invasion, forced conversion, genocide, temple destruction) of their ancestors on non-Muslims. But Forward Castes in India are punished for the fake crimes of their ancestors on non-FCs, endure permanent, hereditory opportunity denial in education, employment, & advancement through caste-based reservation (quota often exceeding 50%). SC ST Act also weaponised against them. Such Unfair treatment against FCs/GCs is prohibited by internationally accepted laws/principles & must end.
