If school’s broke up on 10th December, teachers would have a full 14 days before Christmas Day so could be far more confident they would not be “bringing covid for Christmas”. As it stands with 18th finish, we are only safer from 2nd January. We’re not good company at the mo. 😢

The hardest part of pastoral care is no one really ever knowing what you do. If the world could see what pastoral staff are dealing with right now, they might understand why we’re a little frazzled at the moment. Pastoral teams - your work is incredible and valued 💕💕
