🚨 2.5+ HOURS TO TRAVEL JUST 4 KM. Today, children travelling from school to home around Varthur–Gunjur were stuck for over 2.5 hours for a journey of barely 4 km. And this is not an isolated incident. It happens almost every other day. Think about the recurring impact on children: hours lost sitting in school buses after a full day at school, delayed meals, less time for homework, sports and family, and exhausted kids reaching home late — only to repeat the same ordeal the next day. This is happening in an area with international schools, major IT companies and lakhs of residents. When children routinely spend more time commuting than they should, this is no longer simply a “traffic problem.” It is a failure of urban planning, road infrastructure and traffic management. Bengaluru talks about becoming a global city. Meanwhile, 4 km is taking 2.5 hours for its children. How long are authorities going to treat this as normal? @BBMPCOMM @blrcitytraffic @CPBlr @DKShivakumar @krishnabgowda @ChristinMP_ @TVMohandasPai @kiranshaw @rk_misra @RevathyAshok

Horrendous, unacceptable trolling of FS Vikram Misri and his family. For what? Making an announcement of a decision that his political masters have made? This is what happens when IT cell abusers go unchecked for years by the country’s leadership. Sickening, really.

We fail as a nation not because of cease fires but when our only response is to abuse women. Look at the absolute garbage (in the comments) we are throwing at Mr Misri and his family. Disgusting.

It’s utterly shameful to troll Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and his family over the India-Pakistan ceasefire announcement. A dedicated diplomat, Misri has served India with professionalism and resolve, and there is no ground whatsoever for his vilification . Doxxing his daughter and abusing his loved ones crosses every line of decency. This toxic hate must stop—stand united behind our diplomats, not tear them down. #StopTrollingMisri #SupportDiplomats #VikramMisri #IndianDiplomacy #NoToDoxxing

Peace signed at dawn, Shattered by noon— Bullets replaced the birdsong too soon. Hope held its breath, But silence broke, As smoke rose high through cedar and oak. Three hours of calm, Then fire anew— Promises faded with morning dew. #ceasefire

⸻ Pakistani voices are actively shaping the global narrative on CNN, BBC, and Al Jazeera—projecting their version of events, loud and clear. Silence from the other side only strengthens their position. India and our official voices must not stay quiet. Press conferences while being informative, may not be adequate. Direct engagement, face-to-face, one-to-one, with influencers in the global media is essential. The narrative war is real—and we can and must win it. #IndiaNarrative #StrategicCommunication #IndiaPakistanTensions

#INDvsAUSfinal India played to their best in the entire tournament by beating every single opponent one sidedly. Today was just not their day. India made every Asian proud to be in the World Cup final. We badly needed the cup in Asia. Inshallah next time the cup will be in Asia.
