@Martin_P_Hughes If you check the status page, it is over 14 hours since report. This is worst Exchange outage we have ever experienced. Totally unacceptable level of service and a great example of how not to communicate when there are problems.

@Allegiant My daughter flew back to college last night on flight 918 from St. Pete FL to Albany NY. Her luggage did not come out on the carousel and there was no one to help her either find it or tell her what to do. The bag could be there and we don't know it. Help!
