@bigbasket_com Your internal support has failed to address the delivery of expired goods. I am now escalating this matter formally to the Consumer Protection forums, including CPGRAMS (pgportal.gov.in), for appropriate action. Customer health and rights must be upheld.
Despite multiple follow-ups and proof of the expired product, @bigbasket_com continues to delay both pickup and refund. This repeated disregard for customer safety and genuine grievances cannot be ignored. We expect immediate resolution, not excuses.
Hoping @bigbasket_com rethinks the refund experience and makes refunds to the original payment method the default whenever possible. Good customer experience is remembered long after discounts are forgotten.
