@fastandhungry @antonoaldo Also they are dishonest. They wrote to me claiming they would give 1000 usd and then in the claim acceptance they make it credit for their airline! I don’t want to fly with them again and the offer was originally cash, no mention of credit! They are so corrupt

@antonoaldo you should be ashamed of the customer services you oversee and how you treat customers when you’ve failed as an airline. Offering a credit when it should be cash compensation especially when I never want to set foot on an Etihad plane again. @etihad

@antonoaldo as soon as flight is cancelled your customer services team should 1. Apologise 2. Be clear that under your own code of conduct you have a duty of care to cover accommodation and food costs. Very simple. if I traveled business this would be a different experience
