ur supposed to wear sunscreen every single day and u need to be wearing at least 2 teaspoons on ur entire face for it to be effective and also u need to reapply it throughout the day but it only comes in tiny little tubes that are really expensive… right right
This is exactly why we offer at-home hormone testing at Raena, so you can get clear answers without the runaround. The key is timing. If you want a reading that actually tells you something useful, we typically recommend testing around day 20 (your mid-luteal phase), when progesterone should be at its peak. I actually dont get why ob/gyn seems so reluctant to do hormone blood panels. Seems like it should be fairly routine around menopause/issues in puberty and around child birth
Fenugreek is mildly estrogenic and can increase prolactin. Reminder to research herbs to make sure they’re appropriate for you before taking anything!
