We were called 9/6/26 and told our @jet2tweets accommodation tomorrow is cancelled (Vila Politi, Sicily). This ruins Mum's big birtday. Your rep was not empowered to offer an acceptable solution. Please empower them when they call us back c8am tomorrow (10/6).

@AskVirginMoney It is a savings account. And the letter was after 3 years inactivity and it asked me to log in / come into store and a couple of other options. I just don't think you should be sending a letter to anyone suggesting they go to a branch for something so clearly not essential.

@VirginMoney just received a letter saying you've not heard from me for a while and asking me to (amongst other option, to be fair) take some ID to a store. Really? Think you might want want to change your letters or stop sending them for a while.
