#vim user for many years. But have to say, after a couple of months using #doomemacs ... I'm a convert. Still don't think I'll like the standard #emacs shortcuts etc., but doom makes everything better; And then there's #magit .... omg how I love #magit

Google assistant voice recognition gets worse the "smarter" the AI gets. It constantly thinks I'm polish, even when my question is in English, and it's far worse at recognising words, than what it did a couple of years ago.

People doing html & CSS for documentation: I beg you to enforce a maximum width for the written content. It's a really unpleasant experience reading a sentence across the entire length of a 24' monitor.

You see someone migrating all their docs from sphinx and rst, to google docs. Years later you see them struggle with having to write scripts interfacing with the docs api to make some scripted amends over all their docs... Sphinx and rst is good. Don't shoot yourself in the foot

@webology django-fsm didn't exist when I rolled my own, with the idea that it tries to be very loosely coupled to django models. It's a small component of a larger project, but should be simple enough to copy the code and test ;) github.com/andrewebdev/dj…

6.9 million people are served by councils that allow data broker LiveRamp to track people on their sites. Until recently LiveRamp was part of, the Acxiom Group, which sold data to Cambridge Analytica. @brave. brave.com/ukcouncilreport

@coinbase deleted my account without my knowledge or permission. This is after _months_ of support back and forth on various issues. Now I don't have any historical record of transactions. Time to get the @TheFCA or @financialombuds involved maybe?
