@BlueDart_ agents are so pathetic! I've had 3 packages sent back just because the agent said "receiver refused delivery" without even trying to contact me. And @BlueDartCares has no way to contact the delivery guy. Absolutely horrible service!

Ordered bread from @Swiggy this morning and found cockroaches inside the packet. When I contacted support, they offered a refund of ₹53, ₹2 less than what I paid. Where does this sort of treatment towards customers come from? Is this their idea of quality control? @fssaiindia

It's just been about 5 months now and it stopped working suddenly. I contacted them on WhatsApp, but got absolutely no reply for days. I finally got in touch with someone by the name "Raj" on reddit. This guy promised to get me a 15% voucher and a replacement keyboard.

I've had literally the worst after sales service experience with @kreosphere. I bought their hive keyboard in the name of giving an Indian company a try just about 5 months back, and I'm regretting it so much now.

I got a 4-piece bucket and a single burger and then a crappy customer support experience. So note that if this happens to you and your order is much bigger, you are going to be denied a refund by @zomatocare. Thanks for the terrible experience, @zomato

This is how "Zomato cares": Ordered an 8-piece bucket and 2 burgers. Nearly 1.2 hours later, after tirelessly trying to reach the delivery partner, I got a completely wrong order. And @zomatocare has the audacity to say that they'll return ₹492 when I paid ₹984.

Ordering the same McDonald's meal from @Paytm ONDC costs less than ordering it from @zomato It's the exact same meal. - The base meal costs ₹286 on Paytm and ₹318 on Zomato - Adding a beverage (American Mud Pie) to the meal costs ~₹59 via ONDC and ₹105 via Zomato
