@thinkmassive We quite often just have a git repo full of ArgoCD Apps, maybe namespaces too, often in directories that represent environments (Kustomize can help with DRY) and an ArgoCD app to reconcile them. #inception

@thinkmassive You could make this change manually in the ArgoCD UI, or perhaps it is a commit to the app-of-apps root repo. (Helpful for everyone to see that the dev environment is now pointed to 'feature/htlc-resolutions'.) Automated sync policies might help avoid any manual interaction.
@thinkmassive So in a dev environment, maybe you have ArgoCD normally reconciling against the 'main', and you have a feature branch with some diff. If you want to test your new feature in dev, you could point targetRevision to the feature branch name.
