@dignityindying Until you have watched someone literally fade away in front of you, in pain, just waiting to die, you can’t judge those who support this. Did I want my Mum to die? Absolutely not. Did I want to watch for 7 weeks whilst she did, of course not. I support this with some trepidation

@claudinecollins @Lord_Sugar @claudelittner Got made redundant in May, took me 6 months to get a job which I purely believe was because of my age and not my skills. Fortunately landed a job with a lady older than me in the end. #mybrainstillworks

@Coeliac_UK Sister in law is coeliac we all eat what she can, or cook in a separate oven so no cross contamination. Nothing worse than seeing someone in preventable pain and discomfort.

@Krisp06 I’ve worked uninterrupted for 41 years and got made redundant in May. I’m only entitled to 6 months of jobseekers allowance. Despite applying for 100’s of jobs I cannot get one as no one wants to employ a 57 year old. My 6 months are up in 4 weeks so what do I do then????

@mooramana It was the total lack of empathy during the worst days of my life that got me. They may have heard a 100 times about someone dying but it was new to me and I never got used to it.

@RishiSunak Please tell me why someone who has worked for 41 Years with no employment break cannot get universal credit due to the small inheritance left by a parent. Yet someone whose never worked a day in their live gets everything from the government?

@Depheruk Something fundamentally wrong with the system in this country that leaves elderly people like this. I worked for 41 years without a employment break all I’m entitled too is JSA for 6 months, until I spend the small inheritance my Mum left me. That was supposed to be my pension
