@CareFirst On top of all of that, my wife is 6 months pregnant and in the midst of regular checkups. We need someone to communicate internally and make things move quickly, whether it's @CareFirst and/or @MarylandConnect. At this point, we have been left out to dry.

@CareFirst we did nothing wrong. We weren't late. We did not ask to pay a .06cent less than our balance, yet, we are now left with no asthma meds for my 2yr old toddler, which costs $800+ without insurance, which we cannot afford. He also has allergies, which require an EPI Pen..

@CareFirst Your employees acknowledged the error on your end, but that was about it. We were told we had to go back through @MarylandConnect, which has a 15 day appeals process to reinstate the plan. We weren't offered any help in expediting the appeals process, although...cont'd

@CareFirst I've been paying for a family plan, which includes my wife, son, and unborn child. When we called in to make the full monthly payment via one of your employees, he entered the wrong amount, which was .06 cent short and it resulted in the termination of our plan..cont'd
