@forgebitz Isn't it a playbook though? Netflix also didn't have any moat when it did streaming of "rented" content. But they were a leader back then and decided to throw cash at producing their own content. Smaller competitors couldn't do it. Worked out pretty well.

I gotta say. The new Claude Code TUI feels really really good - much closer to a capable web app. Definitely best in class right now IMO. Particularly the multi-agent experience and mouse support feel like a huge step forward in term of UX. Well done whoever built this!

my ideal AI interface is a single never-ending chat thread. i don't want to think about the concepts of sessions, context windows, worktrees, mcp servers or really anything else. The harness should automate everything transparently.
