@GNRailUK have just been thrown of a train at Bowes park with many other people. It's been a long day since 6 - we just need a train
@virginmedia Have just had a text the fault will not be fixed today as I was told but by the 30th. Which would mean no WiFi/TV for a week. Service status page is also showing no problems in the EN2 area, even though there definitely are.
@virginmedia Have had no WiFi/TV since Thursday night. Rang & was told would be repaired by 4.30 yesterday. Now had a text to say it will be fixed by Monday. This is an unacceptable level of service & needs to be sorted. Service status says everything is fine it's definitely not!
@virginmedia We haven't seen any engineers so it feels like nothing is happening
