@Syraavibes oh other tips are like developing a kind voice in your head that combats any overthinking and just loves you! So any time i’m being too self critical, i try to prioritize her voice because i know she cheers me up. That helps so much :) visualization exercises help a lot too!

@Syraavibes Breathing, taking dance classes, spending time in nature and staying present with people , at events or on solo adventures i barely ever drink coffee too and that’s helped a lot :) i’m usually in a more calm state! I just pay attention to my body & follow it
