@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Really not that simple. We are rebooked on a late afternoon flight through Orlando & arriving in Dallas at 8pm. My son’s 14th birthday is tomorrow and he will spend in an airport AND have to cancel our scheduled plans for his birthday dinner. Really frustrating!

Keeps getting better. They won’t help you at the gate. Told go to the rebooking center which 100s of people deep with ONE person working. And, of course, the counter agent was beyond rude. @AmericanAir #takecareofyourpasengers

@AmericanAir Flight 4017 late 4 hours, miss connecting flight to Dallas.Can’t get us home until TOMORROW night. About 1/2 the flight missed connections to DFW. AA did nothing to get us flight home today.And even worse, agent said “She didn’t want to continue the conversation.”

@elleandbs @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help @Elleandbs Are you saying that if a driver chooses an order, the driver has no obligation to timely deliver to the customer? The store told me the driver had picked up the order much earlier and we received it 2 hours after our order was made.

Another night waiting hours on @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help and no accountability for their drivers. Last time they offered a $10 credit for not delivering for 2 hours. Ridiculous!

@AmericanAir Hopefully that means you be adding more agents to solve this problem. There really need to be more than 4-5 agents working the weekend with heavy travel. So many people and so little help.
