The echo chamber isn't just human anymore. If your AI only validates the framing you brought, you're not getting intelligence. You're getting confirmation, on faster compute. The blind spot survives. You just feel smarter about it.
Spent today doing something most brands skip: writing down the rules our brand voice actually follows. Preferred words. Avoided words. Banned words. Sentence rhythm. Emotional register. Example outputs. Not a vibes doc. A spec. Now every AI draft gets scored against it before it ships.
Two years of using every major AI tool daily. The thing nobody's saying out loud: model capability stopped being the differentiator about eighteen months ago. The tools that won this year won on workflow, memory, and friction. Capability commoditised. Context didn't.

These distortions don't announce themselves. They compound quietly. Each decision built on the last.

Most Claude prompts fail for the same reason: You're giving instructions. You should be giving context. Claude doesn't need to be told what to do. It needs to understand what you're trying to achieve. One shift. Every output improves.

LAW IX: EUDAIMONIA A deep life is not just economically lucrative—it is a life well lived. Depth is not a productivity hack. It's the architecture of meaning.
LAW VIII: COMPETING DESIRES You will be bombarded with the desire to do anything but deep work throughout the day. Pre-commit before temptation arrives. Decisions made in desire are surrenders.
LAW VI: BACKGROUND DISTRACTION Even distractions you don't consciously notice degrade cognitive performance. "The brain responds to distractions." The damage happens anyway.
LAW IV: WILLPOWER BANKRUPTCY You have finite willpower that depletes as you use it. Baumeister's research: people resist distracting desires only ~50% of the time. Don't rely on willpower. Design systems.
LAW III: PRODUCTION If you don't produce, you won't thrive—no matter how skilled or talented you are. Measure days by artifacts created. Not hours logged.
