Their entire "service" center plan is to sell you a different (also broken) Glowforge for 75% of the price of the one that broke, make you pay to send yours back, and run off with your money. The company is a joke.

Absolutely do not *ever* give @glowforge a single dollar of your money, bc they will take it and run. They don't care that their stuff breaks, and when it inevitably does, they'll tell you tough luck, kid. We spent 5k on a machine that doesn't work anymore. Jokes on me, I guess.
