this is the same problem that was identified last June and seems common with Charge 3 in the user support groups.
@FitbitSupport ref 43612026, what is happening with this? support team tell me they are under-resourced. 4 weeks later....
@FitbitSupport my Charge 3 is losing time - the 2nd one with the same problem. No contact back from Support despite numerous promises since 30/12. Very poor customer service and product reliability

@MartinSLewis Please can I nominate @BosenceF - a charity providing residential treatment for drug and alcohol misuse. There are so few places able to provide safe, medically supported detox, stabilisation and rehab for those who want to change - 1 in 3 centres have closed in the last 6 yrs
