Just had customer who wanted to cancel his taxi - he was 16 in the queue - could not wait - driver got no fare - this needs addressing!
@YBcomms Have you done this yourself - what's the cost to use on office computers and how much data would companion use - maybe too expensive
@autocabgpc - operators complain the IVR voice is not clear enough - this needs to be cleaned up
@autocabgpc - The spoken message of IVR addresses is too long - is there an option for it not to read out the area Only street & No ?
@autocabgpc - good idea for you - customer wanting to cancel their taxi - give option through IVR as they would not wait if 20 in a queue
Biggest compliant from drivers is - ghost & companion map is not the same - thus causing fare discrepancies - why are maps not the same ?
Autocab claim there accounts package is the best - in our opinion it needs looking at as if is not user friendly
??? Which pda is the best to use with the driver companion - one NOT to use is Kazam Trooper 555, it has GPS issues - Any recommendations?
@autocabgpc - app users totals never go past 3000 users - when will this be fixed
@autocabgpc - ghost system uses turn by turn route for est cost - why does it not use turn by turn when looking for nearest car on dragging
Operators are advised to ensure your base has sufficient internet speeds as cloud systems will NOT work ! Check with your telecoms provider
Ghost system has an issue where the system mileage changes if you just add a driver to a job - anyone else experienced this ?
Kazam wileyfox phones - make sure you lock all apps down as this phone as a habit of downloading updates despite mobilock being on
