@weevcharging 3/3 When I asked when I might expect a correction on my overcharge, he stated that my bank would refund it in 7-10 days. Surely, this is ludicrous. A double pre-use charge totalling £100 and a significant wait time for reimbursement seem remiss or sharp practice.

@weevcharging I have tried to contact WeeV via email and DM to discuss this issue. Both attempts were ignored. Today, I called them directly on 028 9031 3031. The handler agreed that they had had an outage with the app yesterday

@weevcharging A word of warning about using WeeV IE network chargers. Yesterday, the WeeV app was not working in Enniskillen. I used my bank card to activate a charging session. After unplugging my vehicle, I learned that WeeV had charged me a pre-use amount of £50 twice.
