@Sur_La_Table something seriously wrong with your processes when I place an order online for an electronic gift card at 10am and still haven’t received it at 4:30pm. What’s the use of an electronic gift card if it takes a day to arrive?? Your customer service was unhelpful.

@GuyFieri The service at your location in Burbank Airport is dismal. They are clearly understaffed and we are stressed to miss our flight due to the massive time to get someone to come over to take our order. I know it’s an airport and it’s a captive audience, but come on!

@potterybarn Zero faith in your ability to deliver our furniture. Ordered 2 sofas June 16th for delivery in Sept. Then got email delaying to Dec/Jan. Now delayed to February!!!!Store unable to provide any info. Ordering online today gets almost same delivery date!!!Disaster.

Is there a corporate scam at @Budget? Car checked out with 7/8 of a tank. Brought it back just below full. The employee who checked the car in put the fuel level at 6/8. He told me that if it’s slightly below full, he has to put it at 6/8. No 7/8 avail in system! Scam!
