@Rob_Stubbs1 @LynneUSneddon @WesterRossSalmo I'm aware of what is underneath, without having to look. On the outside there was a very happy seal cub. However, we must consider these services (fisheries and fish farms) holistically, when we are considering the overall impacts and the main reason for them - a food source.

@virginmedia After speaking to your first colleague, who advised wasn't your problem, and then speaking to Netflix who said it wasnt there issue for refunds, although cancelled the account. I then rung you again, a colleague advised to write to your complaints department online. 😭
