Why is @flySFO even open? Two hour delay this morning before we left PHX because of the construction, then still sitting on the tarmac for 20 min+ waiting for a gate. The meeting that I flew up for has started - complete waste of time.

@ewarren We already do - the day you increase the payout to match my increased contribution; I am happy to pay more. Anything other than that is just yet another grab by a party whom I used to be a part of but now believes I am evil... unless they need money from me.

Hey @gls_us - this is the 3rd time I am waiting around for a critical delivery - only to get a “delivery attempted” notice that there was a security gate issue. Nonsense - our gate never called - my number is on the delivery and you never called me - you driver just decided they were done for the day. Thanks for making it my problem to deal with the implications of the package delivery that was paid for, but you decided was beyond you. Help me understand.

Hey @FedEx @FedExHelp what ever happened to we pay you a ton of $$ for overnight delivery, you actually deliver overnight - usually giving me an estimate (which I pay to get) or give me the option to release the package so I don’t have to sit at home waiting for you only to get the notice that delivery was rescheduled at the very end of the day? I understand the strains during COVID. Now, you just don’t care. Still a ton of $$, and you customer rolls the dice to see if you’ll actually deliver. Help me understand.
