ye, it's not deciding factor to get a sale, half of the world still run their (non-saas) businesses with crappy sites and branding, but that might be because websites were less important 20/30 years ago. these companies build enough credits to be considered legit. you'd almost say crappy websites shows "i'm corporate, old and still exist after 20/30 years" thus doing fine.
