@lorrainelamchop Try emailing the office. Ask to escalate to a supervisor. I've found them more responsive when I email because then there's a paper trail!

@LGCanada But if it can't be repaired, be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your replacement! Bonus- condescending explanations of what you already know and being told to wait 5-7 business days after each interaction to learn that they messed up again! Where's my TV?

@GOtransitLE How long is the delay expected to be? Give us information so we can make alternate travel plans if we need to. Stop holding your passengers hostage every time there is a delay.

@GOtransitLE Hey! It might help if you communicated this to the people sitting on the train in real time. No announcement at all. Making us all late for work. I worry all day wondering if I'll make it home on time for daycare pickup!
