सम्झना मा आज भदौ २४ आजको दिन केपी ओली यसरी भागेका थिए

गगन दाजुले कांग्रेसलाई नोकिया बन्नबाट जोगाउन सक्नुहोला कि नहोला, थाहा छैन। तर ओली–महेश बस्नेतले एमालेलाई नोकिया बनाएरै छोड्ने भए। 😄

बजारमा चाँडै आउँदैछ "The Generation Z-led protest movement of September 8 and 9, 2025 (Bhadra 23 and 24, 2082 B.S.), followed by the strong public mandate received by a new generation of political leaders in the subsequent election, has created such an opportunity. चोर घर भित्र छिर्यो भनेर, बहादुर नेपालीले आफ्नो घर नै जलाएको दिन ।

देशमा असल शासन आएको दिन गोलि चलाउने र देश जलाउने कोहि उम्कन पाउने छैनन्

देश विपदमा परेको बेला 'हिमानी कोष'बाट पनि धेरै परोपकारी कामहरू भइरहेका छन्। त्यसैबीच हिमानी सरकारसँग आज लामो परोपकारी अनुभवहरू आदानप्रदान भयो। हिमानी कोषले अझ धेरैभन्दा धेरै परोपकारी कामहरू गर्न सकोस्। हृदयदेखिको शुभकामना! समाज परोपकारी र राज्य कल्याणकारी नभएसम्म कुनै पनि देश सुसंस्कृत हुन सक्दैन।

यो सरकारले बिदा दिने भए पनि भोलि दिनुपर्ने हो। किनकि भाद्र २३ गतेको विरोध प्रदर्शन वास्तविक 'जेन-जी'हरूको थियो। यो सरकार त २४ गते विध्वंशकारीबाट आन्दोलन अपहरित भएपछि बनेको शक्तिद्वारा निर्मित हो। त्यसै पनि 'राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी' आन्दोलनको नेतृत्व गरेको राजनीतीक शक्ति होइन। साँचो रुपमा आजको दिनलाई संझना गर्ने र सहादत भएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई श्रद्धान्जली दिने खास अधिकार अहिले सडकमा रहेका 'जेन-जी' अभियन्ताहरूकाे हो।

"विदेशी-जासुसी विद्रोह (Foreign-Spy Revolt)" को वर्षगाँठ! आज संसारकै सबैभन्दा सफलमध्येको "विदेशी-जासुसी विद्रोह (Foreign-Spy Revolt)" को वर्षगाँठ: - त्यस्तो विद्रोह जुन नेपालको इतिहासमा सबैभन्दा दुखद र पीडादायी हुन गयो। - त्यस्तो विद्रोह जसमा सहभागीहरूलाई विद्रोहको नेतृत्व कसले गर्दैछ र विद्रोह कता जाँदैछ भन्ने थाह थिएन। - त्यस्तो विद्रोह जसमा हालसम्म अज्ञात अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय जासुसी संस्था(हरू)ले निर्दोष नेपाली युवाहरू (Gen G) को पीडा, असन्तोष, आक्रोश र अपेक्षालाई, उनीहरूले थाहै नपाउने गरी, प्रयोग गरे, र संसारमैँ सबैभन्दा सफलमध्येको "जासुसी विद्रोह" सम्पन गरे। - त्यस्तो विद्रोह जसमा ६ घण्टाको अवधिभित्र देशको राष्ट्रियता र सार्वभौमसत्ताका प्रमुख तीन धरोहर, कार्यपालिका, व्यवस्थापिका, न्यायपालिका, अनि राष्ट्रप्रमुखको निवास जलिसकेको थियो। (संसारमा आजसम्म त्यस्तो भएको मलाई थाहा छैन।) - त्यस्तो विद्रोह जसबारे तयार पारिएका प्रतिवेदनहरू कार्यान्वयन गर्न राज्य चाहाँदैन। संसारका तथ्यमा आधारित केही उत्कृष्ट जासुसी सिनेमा हेरेपछि, केही विद्रोहका बारे पढेपछि र धेरै सोचविचार गरेपछि, मैले भदौ २३ र २४ को घटनालाई संसारकै एउटा सबैभन्दा सफल "विदेशी-जासुसी विद्रोह" को संज्ञा दिने निर्णय गरेको छु। त्यसपछिको लक्ष्यमा योजनाकारहरू सफल भए या भएनन्, या उनीहरू अझै आफ्नो मिशनमा छन्, त्यो थाहा छैन। तर भविष्यमा कुनैबेला भदौ २३ र २४ को योजनाकार, योजना र कार्यान्वयनका कतिपय गोप्य सूचनाहरू सार्वजनिक भएपछि त्यसबारे Hollywood को कुनै विश्वविख्यात निर्देशकले "जासुसी सिनेमा" निर्माण गरेको खण्डमा त्यो संसारकै उत्कृष्टमध्येको जासुसी सिनेमा बन्नेछ भन्नेमा म विश्वस्त छु। यसरी स्थानीय युवा अथवा जनता अनजानमै विद्रोहमा प्रयोग भएका covert operation हरू संसारमा धेरै छन्, जहाँ प्रयोग हुनेले "हामीले गरेको" भन्ठान्छन् तर गर्नेहरू अरू नै हुन्छन्। नेपालमा भएको त्यही हो। नेपालले आफ्नो दिर्घकालीन हितलाई सुनिश्चित गर्न चाहने हो भने भदौ २३ र २४ को घटनाको सक्दो गहिराइमा पुग्न प्रयास गर्नै पर्छ। नेपालको आन्तरिक र यो क्षेत्रकै शान्ति र स्थिरताका लागि नेपाल #नवीनसमझदारी मा जानै पर्छ। नत्र नेपालमा भविष्यमा भदौ २३ र २४ को भन्दा धेरै गम्भिर संकट आउने छ र त्यतिबेला नेपाललाई आन्तरिक शक्तिहरूले सम्हाल्न सक्ने छैनन्। भदौ २३ र २४ मा दिवङ्गत सबै प्रति भावपूर्ण श्रद्धाञ्जली अर्पण गर्दछु। र, हाम्रो पुस्ता जसले यो देशलाई यस्तो अवस्थामा पुर्यायो, त्यसका लागि गहिरो दोषभाव प्रकट गर्दछ! नेपालका बाम कम्युनिष्टहरुका होलिवाईन् माता तथा'एसिया प्यासिफिक युनिफिकेश चर्चकी प्रमुख, आफूलाई सच्चाई माता भनेर दावी गर्ने ८३ वर्षीय मदर मुनलाई कोरियामा अदालतले २ वर्ष जेल सजाय सुनाएको छ। केपि ओली,प्रचण्ड, झले,माकुने, बाबुराम,एकनाथ ढकाल सयौँ नेता कार्यकर्ता यिनका चेला थिए। 👹

सेना, प्रहरी र सशस्त्रलाई श्रद्धापूर्वक सलाम! सेना, प्रहरी र सशस्त्रको पनि समाज र राज्यका अन्य अङ्गका जस्तै आ-आफ्ना कमजोरी छन्। तर राज्य र राष्ट्र दुबै कमजोर भएको, समाजभित्रका चिराहरू झन-झन फराकिलो भएको, सदा उच्च प्राकृतिक जोखिममा रहेको, र त्यसमा भूराजनीतिक जटिलता बढेको देशमा सुरक्षा अङ्गको मनोबल गिराउने काम नगरौँ। प्रश्न गरौँ तर यी अङ्गलाई प्रश्न गर्नु अगाडि अत्यन्त संवेदनशील बनौँ। याद गरौँ, हामीले सुनियतले जुन-जुन संस्था सुधार्न खौज्यौँ, ती अधिकांश झन-झन बिग्रिएका छन्। भोक-प्यास र आफ्नो ज्यानको परवाह नगरी खटिएका सेना, प्रहरी र सशस्त्रका सम्पूर्ण सदस्यहरूलाई हार्दिक नमन!

आज श्रीकृष्ण जन्माष्टमीको पावन दिन, जीवन रक्षाका लागि आफ्नो ज्यानको समेत पर्वाह नगरी विपद्को बीचमा खटिनुभएका हाम्रा भगवान रूपी उद्धारकर्ताहरूलाई स्वयं भगवान् श्रीकृष्णले शक्ति, साहस र सामर्थ्य प्रदान गरून्। 🙏 उहाँहरूको हरेक प्रयासले एउटा जीवन बचोस्, हरेक प्रार्थनाले एउटा परिवारलाई आशा देओस् र आजको यस पवित्र दिनमा विपद्मा परेका हरेक नागरिकको सकुशल उद्धार होस्। भगवान् श्रीकृष्णको कृपाले सबै सुरक्षित रहून्। जय श्रीकृष्ण। Pic Source : NepalPress

Nepal is paying a price for a climate crisis it did not create. To the international community, I want to say this very clearly. On 26 August, Nepal witnessed a devastating flood in the Himalayan region of Rasuwa. I also briefly raised this issue in the Nepali Parliament on the same day. I am extending the same message here: A massive glacier and ice-rock collapse unleashed torrents of water, mud, and debris through the Bhote Koshi river system. Thousands of lives were lost. Villages disappeared. Towns Swept away. Roads, bridges, telecommunication, hydropower infrastructure and border facilities were destroyed. Thousands of families have been affected, and the full scale of the economic loss is still being assessed. This was not simply a local disaster. It is a warning from the Himalaya to the world. The Hindu Kush Himalaya is warming rapidly. International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development, ICIMOD reported this year that the rate of glacier ice loss in the region has doubled since 2000. As glaciers retreat and mountain systems become highly unstable, the risks of glacial lake outburst floods, ice avalanches, landslides and cascading floods are increasing. And here lies the fundamental question of climate justice: Who caused this climate crisis, and who is paying for its consequences? Nepal contributes only around 0.027% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Yet our people are living on the frontline of a rapidly changing climate. Nepal did not industrialize the world. Nepal did not build its prosperity on decades of fossil fuel intensive development. Yet Nepal's mountains are melting, its rivers are becoming more dangerous, and its communities are losing lives, homes, livelihoods and critical infrastructure. We are not asking the international community for charity. We are asking for climate justice. We need predictable and accessible climate finance for adaptation: for early warning systems, glacier monitoring, resilient infrastructure and the protection of vulnerable mountain communities. And when climate disasters go beyond what adaptation can prevent, we need the Loss and Damage Fund to work for countries like Nepal, not merely as a promise on paper, but as accessible, adequate and timely financial support. The international community has already recognized the scale of the challenge. COP29 agreed on a new climate finance goal of at least USD300 billion annually by 2035, while calling for efforts to scale finance for developing countries toward US$1.3 trillion annually. Now is the time to turn those commitments into action! The Himalaya is not only Nepal's mountain range. It is a critical climate and water system for hundreds of millions of people across Asia.When the Himalaya suffers, the world will eventually feel the consequences. Nepal has contributed almost nothing to creating this crisis, but Nepal is standing on its frontline. So I appeal to governments, international institutions, climate finance mechanisms and citizens across the world: Please do not wait for another catastrophe. Stand with Nepal. Stand for climate justice. And stand with the prin: “those most responsible must do more for those most vulnerable”, a reality!
