@lee_georgina And is there a #2tiernhs? Family member 79 couldn’t breathe last Sunday. Ambulance to hospital waited in A&E 12 hours. 8 hours into that shift around midnight a celeb glitzed up walks in has a bit laugh with receptionist and is seen straight away.

Appalling service and lack of any customer service. DM'd as suggested on website yesterday and no response whatsoever. Are companies allowed to change a direct debit amount without a bill, any comms and when customer didn't sign up to that amount? @Plusnet

If anyone is considering upgrading broadband with @plusnet don't! Their automation cancelled our account (rather that upgraded), we were without wifi for days, told due compensation, didn't get it and now they've taken £580 from my account instead of the planned £49 direct debit!

Some days I talk to folks in tech/digital teams and despair. I worry that exposure to bad legacy tech suppliers for so long has led to a basic lack of understanding of how modern tech products should and do work and that in turn drives a real lack of ambition and challenge.

In my career I'm repeatedly reminded how important it is to have spaces of psychological safety in which to vent. Venting frustration is normal and human! And a necessary first step before deciding what's the most helpful think to do next.
