@SpotifyCares @Spotify Also, when you manually add songs to the queue, they get played, and then you want to go back via the back arrow and re-listen to a song you manually added to the queue, those songs are no longer there. Wtf? I'm genuinely curious on these 3 things. @Spotify @SpotifyCares

Also, if you have multiple songs you've manually added to the queue, and you accidentally click on the 8th song manually added to the queue, it jumps forward deleting the prior 7 songs manually added. Wtf? Help me understand this design decision. @SpotifyCares @Spotify

@JakeMooreUK It’s kind of wild that tech industry has managed to shift the burden of real user authentication largely to wireless carriers. For this reason, I’m a tiny bit less concerned about the WhatsApp issue since text 2FA almost always uses SMS, not WhatsApp, right?

@JakeMooreUK The havoc they could wreak before you turn off the SIM or remote erase could be bad - quickly change email password (keys to the castle), financial accounts, etc. Thoughts on how to guard against this?
