@mattdagley @clarke25 Except if the city would make construction companies put the sign in the right place to begin with you wouldn't have to walk back. I call 311 about this problem 2-3 times per week.

@safe_hrm This is non-stop around HRM. I call 311 almost daily and speak to construction managers with no results. HRM does not care about people that are not able-bodied.
