Paid $200 for Claude Max 20x on Monday. By Tuesday evening, Anthropic hit me with a "you violated the Terms" email and killed the subscription. Same for two of my friends in a same day. No explanation. No real support. Appeal sent - silence. What makes this worse: it doesn’t look isolated anymore. There are now public threads, datasets, and even a site collecting similar cases from paying users who got banned, refunded, downgraded, or locked out. If AI tools want to be treated as infrastructure, they can’t ban paying users like this and send them into an appeal void. @AnthropicAI @bcherny any comments?
