@robsearch Om GET request görs med header If-Modified-Since, och sidans innehåll inte har förändrats sedan den tidsstämpel som anges i den headern är 304 rätt response. Men om innehållet har ändrats blir det såklart helt fel.

@robsearch Not sure I follow you regarding 304. Correctly implemented it is positive for crawling since a page that has not changed since last time it was crawled does not need to be re-indexed. Or are you seeing something else?

@rustybrick @shemiadhikarath We saw this surfacing in the Swedish SERP for the first time around 2 weeks ago. And it seems to only trigger for certain users. And when it does, the SERP looks almost like an E-com PLP :)

@glenngabe @glenngabe would you be comfortable sharing 5-10 of those domains? I am doing similar analysis of Swedish SERPs and I have yet to encounter a clear example of a manual action. It would be interesting to compare the visibility trends with the data I have.

@robsearch Jag har sett exempel där det tagit nöstan 2 månader till helt indexerad. Trots sitemap mm. Noindex medan man bygger är ett absolut no-no.

Todays debate. Does it matter for Google if we say hreflang or hrefLang in the attribute name in <link rel="alternate"> tags. @JohnMu The specs are clear on that it should be hreflang, but will Google get it any way.

@ohgm Google will actually render a much "higher" screen when rendering your page. So if more products show when the screen is higher (think they do 6000px) then all those will be found.

@izzionfire I try to use GSC as much as I can. But the limitation with only showing data for canonical URL despite the non canonical one ranking (hreflangs) is forcing me to use rank trackers.

@JohnMu Thanks for the swift response. Really appreciated. My biggest concern is when it comes to validating that the correct URLs are ranking in each market. That hreflangs have been implemented correctly is easy to validate, but that the corrects URLs are actually ranking becomes hard.

@JohnMu , I am seeing some weird data in Search Console where clicks are reported on the canonical URL instead of the correct hreflang URL (which is the one actually ranking despite not being indexed). Is this a bug or intended behavior?
