@Wealthsimple the level of support and service you provide your "premium" customers leaves much to be desired. Thoroughly disappointed. Automated phone system hung up on me while on hold. App shut down on me while queue to talk to rep causing me to lose my place.

@CineplexMovies $1.50 charge per ticket to redeem my scene points for movie tickets. Terrible. The whole point for us "members" was to get FREE movies using the loyalty program.
