Builds and sigs available at: download.bitcoincashnode.org/misc/builds/up… Chipnet operators should download and run asap to avoid outage in your testing facilities in about a week. Mainnet and other testnet operators should wait until the official v29 release, which will follow soon.
The BCHN 2026 upgrade preview build is here, with Bitwise, Function, Loops and Pay-to-Script! The relevant new features will activate on chipnet 2025/11/15, and barring unforseen problems, on mainnet 2026/5/15.
We urge all users to upgrade to v28.0.1 as soon as possible. v27.x releases will expire on May 15, 2025.

BCHN maintainers now consider VM Limits and BigInt CHIPs locked in by overwhelming community support. Our v28 release implementing these CHIPs will take a little longer, but Chipnet operators should upgrade to the prerelease version at download.bitcoincashnode.org/misc/builds/up…
