@adam3us @tbpn @cz_binance @Liquid_BTC and qBTC implemented ML-DSA on a Bitcoin sidechain over a year ago. Problem with SHRINCS is key reuse. Could end up compromising entire wallet. ML-DSA not the answer either. Need something else that verifies as fast as ECDSA but has hash based security and decent key size.

@therollupco @IOHK_Charles @IOHK_Charles hello Charles I always enjoy hearing your thoughts. Why do you assume that the 1.7m coins will be lost and not migrated ? It will be a well publicised event and most folks will want to make sure they upgrade their security to post quantum.

Today: One random guy from Starkware: publishes paper about a possible way to do emergency PQ transactions that require a dedicated GPU and $200 (no formal security proof) Bitcoiners: Quantum is solved we're saved!
