What’s interesting is that even though $STRC is trading way below par, it’s still doing ~3.7M shares a day ($300M in volume). To put it into perspective, the popular $25 par bank prefs do ~1-3M shares a day. Under par does not mean under the radar. $STRC will recover.

Strive’s thesis seems to be playing out nicely 😌

In 6 days, $SATA will become the first US listed security to pay cash dividends every business day. We shall see how this affects volatility, and whether Strive’s thesis plays out.
$STRC did $349M in volume today with 843,706 BTC behind it. $SATA did $106M, with 16,500 BTC. That’s 30% of the volume on 2% of the stack. Strive is punching wayyy above its weight.
Saylor said he wanted to “inoculate” the market. This sell should be of no surprise.
Last week, $MSTR sold 32 BTC for $2.5M and also tapped its common ATM for $128M. A portion of the capital raised was used to increase its USD reserve to $900M.

Strive just bought 1,109 btc in 4 days. They now sit on 16,500 btc total. And on June 16th, $SATA switches from monthly to daily dividends, 250 payments a year instead of 12. Strategy proved bitcoin backed preferreds work. @Strive is taking the structure further: higher frequency, tighter par discipline, non-dilutive accretion. Not to mention they have an exceptional team executing. Bullish.
