If you want to be healthy in this day and age, you have to distance yourself from the way most people live. The average person is stuck in a cycle of instant gratification. They spend their time scrolling, consuming, and looking for any way to escape. Their lives are driven by quick dopamine hits because they are trying to avoid their own discomfort. People who actually have energy live in a different way. On a physical level, you have to get rid of the constant stream of toxins in modern life. This means looking closely at your water, your food, and the products you use on your body or in your home. You have to focus on remineralizing and rebuilding your biology from the ground up. Socially, you need to set clear boundaries. A lot of people feel a sense of emptiness inside, and without realizing it, they will try to drain your energy to fill that hole. You have to learn how to stay centered in how you think, speak, and live. Spiritually, it's about disconnecting from the things that keep everyone else addicted and distracted. Most people are always reaching for something outside of themselves to feel okay. Emotionally, you need to find a way to stay steady. The world isn't going to get any less chaotic, so the real test is whether you can keep your composure when everything around you is falling apart. You also have to be careful about the trap of chasing money, fame, or status. None of those things matter if you lose your soul in the process. The goal is to create a life where you earn a living doing work you actually believe in, acting with integrity, and helping others. If you lose that depth, the money won't mean anything. Being healthy isn't "normal" anymore. And choosing to be well is an act of rebellion.
