The #AI math doesn't add up because bringing power is expensive. China has solved that. Current cost estimates are :$20 million per MW ( as laid out in IREN, NBIS etc) . Will come down to $10 million. There is a 10x factor that's caused by US DCs not able to provision power. Is #AI a fad ? Certainly not if you are a coder ( like me) - at least 2x productivity for people who know how to use it right. Certainly not if you're digging out info from your documents, or summarizing your documents. AI will threaten jobs b/c everyone was sitting back enjoying paychecks for average work output. For essentially the last decade or more. Tech has caught up. 90% of workforce isn't able to deal with uncertainty and disruption.

$OPEN This is one of the most hyped stocks. Management, CEO and leadership is constantly tweeting, and playing up their prospects for the last nine months, ,which is a massive red flag - almost bordering on misleading investors . Unbelievable how immature leadership looks, when you have an overdose of Kool-Aid plus you attempt to feed the same to a Twitter following. IF Management shut up and kept quite and executed , it would have way more credibility. Nine months later, you're still a "show me" story- a final red flag is that new leadership had no track record in the field of real estate.

Mark i find your analysis relatively helpful ( compared to hypesters in abundance). Question for you: i can run Google's Gemma 4 latest on my powerful Mac. Ie locally. ( inference not training) . I am exploring this as a solution/product component. This is a powerful model and i also run this on Google cloud using a lowest powered offered GPU that will cost me about $500 ( if i didn't switch it off) This might be an outlier but have you considered availability of models that need less power/compute? Are all the 2028-2030 projections going to really pan out. Im an NBIS bull , and believe they will be the quickest to adapt to changing reality. But changes/disruptions to the AI landscape are happening on a weekly basis.

AWS and Azure both have quite a bit of legacy baggage when it comes to AI driven applications - in othet words if they develop feature or product X , they will need to ensure some minimal amount of integration with all their legacy ( pre-AI) products, something that NBIS and CoreWeave might not. HPE amd DELL suffer from the weight if having to support Windows platforms, a deadweight when it comes to AI, a long term loss of agility, and optionality.
