@robprogressive Thatcher sold our oil/gas rights. In a direct barrel for barrel comparisons in lost revenue due to that with Norway (who from their oil has a vast sovereign wealth fund used for social systems etc), the uk is almost £400bn worse off than it would be if we hadn’t sold the rights.

@EuropeInvasionn He was rearrested the second he walked out, for a different crime committed before he was jailed. They knew he was up for release, and waited for him. He will now return to court. You make it sound like he committed the crime upon release.
