He could have said something like "traveling now means that you must dribble 3 times before taking a step" or "all shots must be granny-style" which, TBF, is like the HORSE variant.

@HunterNanceDev @LilAmericanPunk Legions only came out a year before Fifth Dawn. The reason they felt so different is that MtG changed the layout of cards in that year (starting with 8th Edition).

@DJStarSaber @StarCityGames I love this card more than is reasonable. When I got the Street Fighter SL, I put this into my mono-red EDH deck right away. I haven't built around the cards that I bought the product for yet (they're great, but this is GOAT). And yes, I aim my hands at the target when I cast it.
